We want you and your montiii product to be together forever. That's why we stand behind our quality and promise. All montiii products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase on any manufacturer defects.

Keep in mind that we don't cover issues caused by:

  • Modifying the product.
  • Exposing them to harsh chemicals.
  • Defects caused by excessive wear and tear
  • Defects caused by product misuse


That said, if you think your montiii product is acting up, please don't hesitate to reach out and let us know. We’re more than happy to take a look and see what we can do for you! Please contact us by emailing hello@montiii.com and we will help you as soon as possible. Please make sure to provide proof of purchase.

In the case of a warranty claim, you may be asked to send back items for testing. If we do not receive these back, we will not be able to replace future items for warranty requests.

Only montiii products purchased through our website and authorized retailers are eligible for warranty coverage. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

Please note we are only able to offer warranty replacements for the original item purchased. 

If there are any outstanding disputes of payments, orders or charges associated with your information, this will void your warranty until they are removed or resolved.

While replacement orders are sent at no cost, montiii is not responsible for any extra charges to be collected by customs upon delivery.
