Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 10 calendar days of the date of when you receive your item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For all exchanges, merchandise may be exchanged within 10 calendar days of the date of when you receive your item. Please note customers are responsible for shipping costs, unless the merchandise was received damaged.
To return your merchandise, please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return.
Upon your request, we will send a Return Authorization Number (RA#) with return instructions and a return shipping label to affix to your package. We may ask you to send pictures to accompany your claim, so that we can get a real clear idea of how to help you.
When we receive the package, you will be notified by email and a refund will be issued within 5 - 7 business days.
Returns must be received within 14 calendar days from the date the RA# is issued. Products received later than this date cannot be accepted for return.
To exchange your merchandise, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for exchange.

We will send you a printable return shipping label. The new item will be shipped once we receive the return package.
